Finally finished and distributed my 2nd-last release in 2022, out Dec 9 😍

It's an intense cinematic crescendo about AI that gets more fast and electronic as it progresses, inspired by Videodrome's .

I just finished the cover art for my final release in 2022!

It’s #6 in my “202X Series” of tracks soundtracking each year in the 2020s, two extratone tracks at a time. Extratone is an extreme electro genre said to be “the world’s fastest music genre”, with music at a minimum of 1000 BPM.

Starting from the bottom, there is more fire and an explosion on a bridge over water. On both are tanks and soldiers pointing weapons at each other. Behind them there are protests and arguments with signs reading “PEACE!”, “自由” (Chinese for “freedom”), “JUSTICE”, and “HUMAN RIGHTS”, as well as swear words censored with grawlix. There is a man in a business suit panicking about Earth’s 1.5°C warming as a fire happens in the background. At the centre is a giant upside-down crown pointing towards two swans’ reflections in water, symbolising Queen Elizabeth II’s death and rejoining her partner Prince Phillip. This month I took the next steps in my and hobbies with a new 💻 with 16 GB RAM and 8-core M1 Pro CPU.

I've also finally moved from GarageBand to Logic Pro (and iMovie to Final Cut Pro). I'm so excited to try out all the new features!
